On August 28th, 2024, Alicianna Bersani, an OESJ student, set herself a goal to help support others who have been affected by Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) and raise awareness by starting “The Dominick Foundation- SIDS Siblings Survivors”.

This year, Alicianna and her family have gathered and donated boxes full of school supplies for the district to give to our kindergarten students. This initiative was to give back to the community in memory of her Brother Dominick Bersani III.

All of us at OESJ would like to thank her and her family’s act of kindness for donating to our students multiple years in a row!
