New York State FFA Elects Student to Historic 100th State Officer Team

The Oppenheim-Ephratah-St. Johnsville Central School (OESJ) is proud to announce that Kaylee Heroth has been elected to the prestigious 100th State Officer Team for the 2025-2026 term. As the 2024-2025 New York State District V President, Kaylee has exemplified exceptional leadership, dedication, and a passion for serving others, earning her a place among the six students chosen to represent the association’s 9,000 members across nearly 140 schools offering agricultural education.
Kaylee’s election to the 100th State Officer Team marks a historic milestone for the New York State FFA, which has been a cornerstone of agricultural education and leadership development for decades. Her journey to this role reflects her commitment to the FFA’s mission and her ability to excel in a rigorous and equitable selection process designed to identify candidates with strong interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and a tireless work ethic.
As a State Officer, Kaylee will represent New York FFA members in diverse settings, traveling across the state and nation to advocate for agricultural education and forge partnerships with leaders in agribusiness, education, and the New York State government. Her role will be instrumental in securing funding and support for the state association, building on her proven leadership as District V President.
