Free Meals For All Students – Form Due 9/30/24
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Once again, our school district will be participating in the Community Eligibility Provision program which is a federal provision that provides no-cost meals to all students.
New York State requires CEP schools to collect information from families through the CEP Household Income Eligibility Form. The information gathered on this form is used for state education funding purposes. Also, individual families may be eligible for certain benefits based on the data collected through these forms. Please submit the form linked below by 9/30/24.
